Clark Willmott
Founder
Clark Willmott’s vision of creating a firm specializing in the placement of Human Resources professionals became
a reality in September of 1982. Over twenty-seven years later he is responsible for acting as an ambassador for
the Company, and still advises the organization on his founding philosophy of building relationships, helping people and developing careers. Recognized as one of the most successful pioneers for HR placement services in the Northeast, his reputation for integrity and personal values is embedded throughout all of Willmott & Associates.
Originally from Glen Falls, New York, Clark is a graduate of Williams College. His experience includes Senior Human Resources positions with Honeywell and the USCI Division of C.R. Bard. He has been actively involved with a number of Boards as both a Director and Officer. In addition to his involvement with Willmott & Associates, he is a frequent motivational speaker and active participant in helping people in transition.
Dave Zito, SPHR
President
As President of the organization, Dave Zito is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of Willmott & Associates, Inc. He manages Willmott’s leadership team to execute the Company’s vision, corporate objectives, revenue growth and to deliver valued service to both clients and candidates.
Dave joined Willmott in 1998, with over twenty years experience in the Human Resource field. Prior to joining Willmott, he held senior HR positions at Right Management, A.T. Cross Company and Hallmark Cards. Additionally, he developed the curriculum and managed the Human Resource Certification Program for Roger Williams University and has served on the Board of Directors for the Human Resource Management Association of RI and The Northeast Human Resources Association. Dave is a graduate of Bryant University, and has attained national certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
Dan Hill
Senior Vice President
As the SVP, Dan Hill is responsible for the strategic and operational direction of both the Contract and Direct Hire Divisions of Willmott & Associates, Inc. Dan also functions as an individual contributor, and partners with some of the most prestigious organizations of New England and throughout the United States in identifying top Human Resources talent.
Prior to joining Willmott, Dan spent 9 years in Sr. Management with Sterling, Olsten and Adecco Staffing Services. As General Manager for Olsten's MA region, Dan established the strategic and operational direction
for the Contract and Direct Hire Placement divisions, receiving the President’s Club Award for outstanding achievement. Dan received his Bachelor Science Degree from the University of Massachusetts in Business Administration, and is an an active participant in several HR Associations including: NEHRA, HRLF, HRC and SHRM.
Jeff Willmott
Vice President, National Business Development
As Vice President of National Business Development, Jeff Willmott is committed to growing Willmott & Associates, while at the same time preserving the values and culture that have made the organization so successful since its inception.
Jeff joined Willmott in 2007, bringing with him tremendous experience in sales and business development. For 13 years, Jeff served as a top performing sales executive for the world’s largest tradeshow marketing company, managing Fortune 500 clients across all industries. In 2005, Jeff was recruited to lead Business Development for a full service employee assessment firm, which proved to be a fantastic introduction to Human Resources. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a Bachelors Degree in Economics.
Eileen Stanton
Vice President, Direct Hire Placement Division
As Vice President of Willmott & Associates' Direct Hire Placement Division, Eileen Stanton is responsible for the placement of Human Resources talent nationwide. Eileen job shares with Joelle Ford, and together they are committed to providing exceptional service to their client companies and candidates.
Eileen joined Willmott in 2002 and brings more than fifteen years’ corporate HR experience to the Willmott team. Her experience in talent acquisition and business partnering helps her intuitively understand our client’s needs and customize solutions to help them build their HR functions. Eileen has held corporate and consulting assignments in a variety of industries, including financial services, life sciences, hi tech/telecom, consumer goods and retail. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Bridgewater State College in Communications and is a member of Northeast Human Resources Association and Society of Human Resources Management.
Dave Tomaras
Vice President, Benefits, Compensation & HRIS Placement Division
Dave Tomaras is responsible for the placement of all Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS professionals at Willmott & Associates, and has been with the company since its inception in 1982. Dave devotes his experience and expertise to coaching and developing talented professionals, conducts seminars for candidates in transition, and lends his advanced HR acumen to all Willmott clients.
Dave's experience in the field of Outplacement, his extensive tenure in Benefits, Compensation and HRIS placement services, and his passion for partnering distinguished talent with best-in-class organizations makes him a well-known and respected resource for both clients and candidates nationwide. Prior to joining Willmott & Associates in 1982, he worked in University Admissions for Boston University. Dave earned an MA from Boston College in 1975. He is member of World at Work, and is highly active in the regional Benefits, Compensation and HRIS community.
Jan Poulin
Vice President, Direct Hire & Contract Placement Divisions
As Vice President of Willmott & Associates, Jan Poulin brings over twenty years' experience in the Human Resource field. Her strong expertise in business management along with the ability to analyze and assess client needs has made her an integral part of Willmott & Associates, Inc.
Prior to joining Willmott, she was an Area Manager with a global staffing organization and was responsible for managing three locations. She owned Poulin & Associates located in Hartford, CT and was responsible for senior level placement. In addition, she has been a motivational speaker and coach and has participated on many panels regarding HR issues and candidate career development. Jan is a SHRM member and serves on the RI board for HRM/RI and chairs the membership committee. She also is on the Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries of RI, chairs the Human Resources committee and is chair for the nominating committee.
Joelle Ford
Senior Consultant, Direct Hire Placement Division
As a Senior Consultant in the Direct Hire Placement Division of Willmott & Associates, Joelle Ford places HR professionals nationwide within the HR Business Partner/Generalist, Staffing/Talent Acquisition, Learning and OD functions. She has successfully recruited HR professionals from Junior Generalists to Global Vice Presidents of HR and in a variety of industries. Joelle job shares with Eileen Stanton and together they have proven that the power or two minds working together is far better than one!
Joelle joined Willmott & Associates in 2003, bringing over thirteen years of staffing/recruiting experience to the firm. She previously held corporate recruiting roles with such organizations as Enterasys Networks, HR Logic, and Vitts Networks, and started her staffing career with a small, boutique staffing firm in Hartford. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University of New Hampshire and is a member of NEHRA.

Virginia Mumaw
Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant in the Mclean Division of Willmott & Associates, Virginia Mumaw is responsible for permanent and contract placement in the Virginia/DC marketplace.
Over the course of more than twelve years, Virginia has developed a dynamic career in the staffing industry based on honest relationships. A true leader in the industry, she knows how to listen and works hard to find the perfect match for her clients. She is focused on providing top quality employees on temp-to-perm and direct hire basis. She makes it her business to know her clients and their needs, and is not satisfied until they are.
